Crispy and spicy air fryer buffalo chicken nuggets.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and toss in buffalo sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- For extra crunch, double coat the nuggets with breadcrumbs.
