- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust, spreading it out with a spatula.
- Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly over the milk layer.
- Top with shredded coconut and chopped nuts, pressing them gently into the layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow the bars to cool for at least an hour before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Don’t overbake the bars; watch for golden brown color on top.
- Press the graham cracker crust firmly to prevent crumbling.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting to ensure neat slices.
