- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
- Form small balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet.
- Make a small indentation in each ball using your thumb.
- Fill each indentation with raspberry jam.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Substitute almond flour with gluten-free flour if needed.
