Instructions
- Wash blueberries and blend them in a food processor until nearly liquified.
- Transfer blended blueberries to a bowl and stir in agave or honey until well combined.
- Gently fold in the Greek yogurt, being careful not to over-mix to maintain the swirl effect.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 6–8 hours.
- To serve, run molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently remove the popsicles.
